As Toronto slowly comes back to life thanks to record-breaking vaccination efforts, the Santerre lab is once again bustling with activity.

We are thrilled to celebrate Yizhou’s win at the Ted Rogers Trainee Day held virtually on June 25th. His presentation was titled, “Preparation and characterization of a co-electrospun nanofibrous gelatin/polyurethane composite scaffold for cardiac tissue engineering”.

Additionally, we congratulate Zach on attaining an Ontario Graduate Scholarship within the Faculty of Dentistry and Katya for receiving the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada – Canadian Graduate Scholarship - Doctoral.
